My Role

As Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President, I handle business operations, legal/HR foundations, marketing strategy, and finance. My co-founder leads product development and academic content.

The Mission

Education is broken in predictable ways: content is expensive, outdated, and one-size-fits-all. Technology can fix this — but only if it's built by people who understand both education and business.

We're not building "disruption" for its own sake. We're building better tools for teachers, students, and parents who are tired of settling for mediocre options.

What It Is

Kohoutek House LLC is my residential real estate investment entity. I own and manage rental properties in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Investment Philosophy

Real estate is a long game. I focus on properties in growing markets, prioritize cash flow over speculation, and treat tenants like the customers they are. A well-maintained property with a happy tenant is worth more than a neglected one with constant turnover.
